Beyond the Courtroom: Coach Santini’s Commitment to Youth in Hillsborough County

The impact of a coach often extends far beyond the field. For Attorney Santini, that role isn’t symbolic, it’s a weekly, hands-on commitment volunteering with Riverview High School (Hillsborough County Public Schools) as the Football team’s offensive line coach. As spring football kicks-off this week, Santini looks forward to working with another generation of young athletes and helping them grow their discipline, team-mindedness, and personal accountability.

From Team Captain to Coach

Long before stepping into the courtroom, Santini built his foundation on the football field at Muhlenberg College, where he served as a team captain and earned recognition as a Regional Academic All-American. That experience wasn’t just about performance, it was about leadership under pressure, preparation, and doing your job when it matters most.

Those same principles now show up in his coaching style. Offensive line play is technical, demanding, and often overlooked, much like the behind-the-scenes work that drives success in both sports and law. Santini brings that mindset directly to student-athletes in Hillsborough County, focusing on fundamentals, communication, and resilience.

Investing in Local Youth Beyond Football Season

Santini also volunteers at the Spurlino Family YMCA, where he coaches youth flag football and helps introduce younger kids to the game in a more accessible, developmental setting.

These programs cultivate confidence, structure, and positive mentorship at a critical age.

Creating Experiences Kids Remember

At community events hosted through the Camp Cristina YMCA, Santini sponsored an ice cream truck for the youth soccer program’s kids and parents.

A small detail, but reflecting a broader approach and commitment to help make sure kids feel consistently supported, valued, and part of something bigger.

Why Youth Sports Coaching Matters

In a region like Riverview and the greater Tampa Bay area, youth programs play a critical role in shaping the next generation. Coaches and volunteers often become the steady presence kids rely on, teaching lessons that extend far beyond sports.

For Santini, this isn’t a marketing angle or a one-time event. It’s an extension of the same philosophy that drives his legal practice: preparation matters, accountability matters, and investing in people early creates better outcomes later.

Through his volunteer work with Hillsborough County schools, the YMCA, and beyond, Santini helps provide structured athletic mentorship and community-supported youth programming that gives local students consistent guidance, positive role models, and opportunities to build confidence both on and off the field.
