





Jeannine Fiallo serves as the Director of Spanish Client Services and Office Manager at Santini Personal Injury & Car Accident Law’s Florida offices. She works directly with Spanish-speaking clients from intake through case resolution. She helps ensure every client feels welcomed, understood, and supported throughout the legal process, serving as a consistent point of contact for updates, coordination, and guidance.
In her role, Jeannine oversees intake and case management functions, helping clients navigate medical care, documentation, and communication with the firm. She also manages day-to-day office operations, ensuring that cases move efficiently and that clients receive timely, responsive service. Her focus is on creating a clear, supportive experience for families during what is often a stressful and unfamiliar process.
Before joining Santini Personal Injury & Car Accident Law, Jeannine spent seven years at a national law firm’s Tampa office, where she worked across client services, marketing, case management, and Spanish-language client support. That experience shaped her ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and organization.
Jeannine has deep ties to the Tampa Hispanic community, with family roots tracing back to Cuban refugees. She is actively involved in her community, including volunteering with the PTO at Tampa Pinnacle Academy, where her son attends. As a mother of three young children, she brings empathy, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility to her work with clients and their families. Her Christian faith is an important part of her life and informs her commitment to service, compassion, and integrity.
