Director of Client Experience

Stephen Posivak serves as Director of Client Services at Santini Personal Injury & Car Accident Law’s Lehigh Valley office serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He oversees client intake, communication, and overall client experience from the first call through resolution. He works closely with clients to ensure they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process, while also coordinating office operations and community outreach efforts.

Stephen brings decades of experience working directly with people in both industrial and professional settings. A Bethlehem, Pennsylvania native, he spent 30 years working at Bethlehem Steel.  Stephen rose through the ranks as a union representative eventually becoming the Co-Chairman of the Joint Safety and Health Committee.  He worked closely with OSHA, EPA and various governmental agencies to ensure the safety, health and welfare of Bethlehem Steel employees.  As a union representative, he advocated for workers and developed a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and accountability. He later worked at St. Luke’s Hospital in Easton, further expanding his experience in client and patient-facing roles.

Stephen went on to serve as Manager of Human Resources at O’Brien’s Moving & Storage for 17 years, where he oversaw employee relations, operations, and organizational coordination. That background translates directly into his work at the firm, where he focuses on responsiveness, organization, and ensuring that each client receives personal attention.

Deeply rooted in the Bethlehem and Easton communities, Stephen remains actively involved in local outreach and events. His approach is grounded in treating clients with respect, clear communication, and a commitment to making a difficult process as straightforward as possible.
