This work is personal.

Frank Santini was born in Phillipsburg at St. Luke’s Hospital Warren Campus and grew up in the community. He attended Green Street Elementary (now Phillipsburg Primary School), Phillipsburg Middle School, and played youth sports through the Phillipsburg Police Athletic League (PAL), Holy Name, and Steele Hill programs.

His path was shaped by a fatal workplace accident that took the life of his uncle on Ridge Road, just off Route 519, in Harmony Township, New Jersey.

That loss happened close to home. Watching the impact on his family, and how the legal system provided accountability and stability, changed the direction of his career. He left defense-side work to represent individuals and families facing serious injury and loss.

That perspective still drives how every case is handled: with urgency, attention to detail, and a refusal to accept surface-level explanations.
