Frank Santini, Esq. brings a level of tenacity and grit to his Phillipsburg accident-injury law firm that is rarely seen in the legal field. Whether serving clients in Phillipsburg, Flemington, Clinton, Warren County, the Lehigh Valley, or across New Jersey, Santini refuses to bow to insurance companies or corporate pressure. His work has earned recognition from the National Trial Lawyers Association, AVVO, Martindale-Hubbell, Justia, and Super Lawyers Magazine.
Frank founded Santini Personal Injury & Car Accident Law in Phillipsburg because this community is home. He grew up here, attending Green Street Elementary (now Phillipsburg Primary School) and later Phillipsburg Middle School, where his 8th-grade science teacher was current District Superintendent Greg Troxell. Years later at Muhlenberg College, Frank played under Superintendent Troxell’s brother, Offensive Coordinator John Troxell (now the Lafayette College head coach). At Muhlenberg, Frank was a football team captain and Track & Field shot put champion.
He went on to earn a full academic scholarship to Stetson University College of Law, where his desire for perfection shown through as he was disappointed to graduate second overall, although he was first among full-time classmates.
Before opening his own practice, Santini spent nine years at a large law firm, ultimately becoming a Practice Group Leader. Disillusioned with corporate and insurance-industry culture, he chose to build a firm dedicated to real people facing real problems. He is licensed in New Jersey state and federal courts, as well as Pennsylvania state courts.
